Secure your date for an exclusive permanent jewellery experience. This deposit secures your reserved time slot and ensures our mobile studio is dedicated to your private event. Please note that this listing is for clients who have already confirmed their event date with us directly.
Booking & Event Overview
Deposit Credit: Your $100 deposit is required to lock in your event on our calendar. The full $100 will be applied directly towards jewellery purchases made on the day of the event.
Pre-Event Confirmation: We will reach out to you one month prior to your event to re-confirm your guest numbers, start time, setup requirements and final location details.
Event Minimums: Private party bookings require a minimum of 5 pieces of jewellery purchased across your event.
Financial & Cancellation Policies
Non-Refundable Deposit: All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Rescheduling & Availability: If you need to change your date, we require at least 7 days' written notice. Your deposit will remain valid and transfer to a newly agreed-upon date. If your new requested date is unavailable, your deposit will be issued as a digital gift card valid for future jewellery purchases.
Late Cancellation & No-Shows: Cancellations, date changes or host no-shows occurring with less than 7 days' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
Minimum Spend Guarantee: If fewer than 5 pieces are purchased during your event, the host is responsible for paying the balance for the remaining pieces to meet the 5-piece minimum. Any shortfall amount paid by the host will be issued as a digital gift card for future jewellery purchases.
Payment Methods on the Day: Individual guest purchases and balance payments will be collected on-site using Square EFTPOS. We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash and contactless tap payments.
Logistical & Venue Requirements
Setup Needs: We provide our full mobile station, including welding gear, table, stools and jewellery displays. The host must provide direct access to a standard electrical power outlet and a well-lit, weather-protected indoor or sheltered area.
Arrival Window: Our team will arrive approximately 20–30 minutes prior to your scheduled event start time to set up and prepare the equipment.
Travel Fees: Complimentary travel is included within our standard service area. Locations outside this radius will incur a travel fee, which will be confirmed prior to booking.
Event Requirements & Disclaimers
Minimum Age & Alternatives: Guests must be at least 13 years old to receive a welded permanent jewellery piece. Children under 13 years of age cannot receive permanent jewellery, but are welcome to design a custom piece using our full range of chains and charms, finished with a traditional clasp.
Parental Consent: Guests aged 13 to 17 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign their waiver and approve the service.
Liability Waiver: All participating guests must sign a digital liability waiver prior to receiving permanent jewellery services or custom fittings on the day.
