ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT
Each permanent jewellery appointment is booked for a 20 minute session per person, giving you plenty of time to choose your chain, add any charms, and have your piece perfectly sized and welded. This timeframe allows for a relaxed and personalised experience.
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from your total on the day.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule, which could also lead to a forfeited deposit depending on the circumstances.

Booking for Groups
If you are attending with friends or family, you will need to reserve a separate 20 minute appointment for each person.
Simply select your first preferred time and then book consecutive time slots for your guests (e.g., 10:00 AM, 10:20 AM, and 10:40 AM).

Enter your details and secure your booking by paying the required deposit.
Receive Confirmation
A booking confirmation will be sent to you once your appointment has been successfully secured.
